The Biggest Shopping Malls in Rome: 2026 Ranking by Number of Stores

Which is the biggest shopping mall in Rome? It depends on what you measure. By number of stores, the most comparable figure, the largest is Euroma2 in the EUR district with 162 stores, followed by Porta di Roma (159) and RomaEst (153). They are the only three malls in Rome with more than one hundred stores, outlets excluded.

1. Euroma2: 162 stores

Euroma2, Viale dell'Oceano Pacifico 83 in the EUR district: 162 stores and 28 restaurants on three retail levels. By public transport: Metro B to EUR Fermi, about a 10-minute walk, or ATAC buses 070, 700 and 709. No cinema.

2. Porta di Roma: 159 stores

Porta di Roma, Via Alberto Lionello 201 in north Rome: 159 stores and 27 restaurants, UCI Cinemas with 14 screens including IMAX, and IKEA in the area. By public transport: Metro B1 to Jonio, then bus.

3. RomaEst: 153 stores

RomaEst, Via Collatina 858 in east Rome: 153 stores and 28 restaurants on two levels, with Primark, Decathlon, UCI Cinemas (12 screens) and the Panorama hypermarket. Regional train to Ponte di Nona (about a 10-minute walk) or ATAC buses 055, 314 and 075.

4-9. Malls with fewer than 100 stores

Maximo on Via Laurentina (92 stores, 32 restaurants, UCI Luxe 7 screens, Primark; Metro B to Laurentina, then bus). Parco Da Vinci in Fiumicino (81 stores) is an open-air retail park. Tiburtino in Guidonia Montecelio (78 stores) is not on the metro. I Granai (69 stores, UCI Luxe 7 screens). The WoW Side in Fiumicino (72 stores, IKEA, FM1 train to Parco Leonardo). GranRoma (70 stores).

What about floor area?

Malls publish their size in different ways (total building area or retail area only), so the figures cannot be ranked against each other. As reported in our guides: Euroma2 170,000 m² in total on five levels; Porta di Roma over 150,000 m² in total, of which about 90,000 m² of retail space; RomaEst over 100,000 m²; Maximo about 65,000 m² in total; The WoW Side 63,000 m² of retail space. Parco Da Vinci states 210,000 m², but it is an open-air retail park.

Smaller neighbourhood malls

La Romanina (48 stores), Aura at Valle Aurelia (35 stores, direct access from Metro A Valle Aurelia), Cinecittà Due (33 stores), Tor Vergata (25 stores), Primavera in Centocelle (26 stores) and Happio on Via Appia Nuova (14 stores, two minutes on foot from Metro A Furio Camillo).

Outlets near Rome

Not in the ranking because they are outlet villages: Valmontone Outlet with 158 stores and Castel Romano Designer Outlet with 147, run by McArthurGlen.
